Feeding Martha’s Vineyard: A calendar and interactive map for free or low cost food and services

And a calendar with daily food offerings.

En portugués: Alimentando MV: Acesso a alimentação em Martha’s Vineyard

Um guia para localizar programas de alimentação e refeições gratuitas ou de baixo custo.

The Feeding Martha’s Vineyard Food Map is a location and information guide to connect Islanders in need of local free and low-cost food; it has been a collaboration among The Martha’s Vineyard Times and the 40-plus organizations participating in the Vineyard Food Equity Network. The resources include providers of emergency food, food pantries, meal programs, nutrition education, nutrition programs, and community suppers.

The Feeding Martha’s Vineyard Food Calendar is a view of the same programs, but organized by days of the week. Click here to see the print version as seen in the recent issue of The Local. Download, print and share! Scroll down to see it in this post.

The Vineyard Food Equity Network believes our community is stronger when everyone has the same access to opportunities for health, security, prosperity, and quality of life.

Thanks to The Island Food Pantry, Island Grown Initiative, Martha’s Vineyard Community Services for spearheading this effort. Please contact mkorba@mvcommunityservices.com with any changes or additions.
