Beach Road in Vineyard Haven is a likely spot for flooding. — Stacey Rupolo

FEMA is warning about another powerful thunderstorm that’s about to push through Martha’s Vineyard.

In an alert issued at 1:11 pm, FEMA reported that Doppler radar is showing a storm that will feature torrential downpour. The downpours may bring minor street flooding to the Vineyard between 1:30 and 2:30 pm.

Locations that typically flood — see Beach Road in Vineyard Haven — are most likely to be affected. An inch of rain is expected in a short time, FEMA reported.

All of the Island towns are listed in the FEMA update along with a warning not to drive through flooded roads.
