Revised front elevation for the proposed Oak Bluffs town hall.

At its Thursday night meeting, the Martha’s Vineyard Commission unanimously approved plans for the Oak Bluffs town hall, 11-0.

The project is estimated to cost $9.9 million. It will next go before the Oak Bluffs Planning Board for site plan review.
