Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School (MVRHS) boys tennis team defeated Dennis-Yarmouth Thursday, 5-0. In first singles, the Vineyard’s Max Potter defeated Jared Stone 6-0, 6-0. In second singles, Chris Ferry defeated Luke Barbi 6-0, 6-1, and in third singles, Eric Reubens defeated Tucker Richard, 6-1, 6-1. The Vineyard’s first doubles team of Spencer Pogue and Owen Favreau defeated Julian Savini and Harsh Patel, 6-0, 6-0, and the second doubles Vineyard team of co-captains David Krauthamer and Garrett Zeilinger defeated Dennis Liu and Joseph Malone, 6-0, 6-2. The Vineyarders are 5-0 on the season, and play Barnstable High School in Barnstable on Monday, May 7.
