A Jeep Cherokee slammed into a parked UPS truck at about 6:10 pm Tuesday on Edgartown–West Tisbury Road near the Youth Hostel. Solar glare appears to be the culprit, according to police.
The driver told police she couldn’t see the truck, police said.
Emergency crews were on the scene, but there didn’t appear to be any injuries.
