At the Dec. 17, 1:15 pm game of the Edgartown Bridge Club in Vineyard Haven, five tables were in play for a club championship. Finishing in first place overall were Dave Donald and Barbara Silk, followed by Gerry Averill and Dotti Arnold in second, and Cecily Greenaway and Bea Phear in third. Also placing was Molly Mattoon, playing with Judy Cronig.
Six pairs competed at the Dec. 18, 7 pm game of Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club in Vineyard Haven. First place went to Michel Riel and Dave Donald, followed by Cecily Greenaway and Bea Phear in second.
