Steamship cancels some Sunday ferries due to weather

According to an alert from the Steamship Authority, the following trips have been canceled due to weather conditions:

MV WOODS HOLE 4:05 pm Woods Hole to Vineyard Haven

MV WOODS HOLE 5:20 pm Vineyard Haven to Woods Hole

The National Weather Service has issued a gale warning through mid-afternoon Sunday, with winds expected to gust up to 35 mph. The SSA advises travelers to check on the status of their trips.
