Are you in favor of the VTA’s proposed $1.4 million electric charging station in Edgartown’s historic district at the Church Street stop?

I am not against the VTA having a charging station. I am ABSOLUTELY AGAINST it being placed in the heart of downtown Edgartown … especially when it would require taking down trees that have been there for decades. If we are as environmentally conservative as we claim to be, I don’t know how anyone would even consider such an inappropriate proposal.
