A planned power outage in Aquinnah and Chilmark has been canceled.
Eversource planned to shut off power between 9 am and 12 pm on Saturday as the last part of their project associated with Menemsha Crossroad substation to put the redundant system online. The purpose was to create greater reliability for both communities.
