Saturday: Four days with no new confirmed cases on-Island

A Saturday morning report by the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital (MVH) puts the number of confirmed cases at 12 for the fourth day in a row.

The total number of tests conducted by MVH has risen to 195, with 179 of those tests turning up negative. There are currently four pending test results, and zero COVID-19-related hospitalizations.

According to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, There were 6,404 new tests conducted for a total of 108,776. There are 1,886 new cases for a total of 22,860, and 87 new deaths were reported for a total of 686.
