There are many unsung heroes of the pandemic, and I’m grateful to Richie Smith, Assistant Superintendent of Martha’s Vineyard Schools, for suggesting that I do a photo essay on school nurses. Their stories differ, but they all spend their days on the front lines of COVID, caring for the health and safety of Vineyard children.
there is a very big story here…a school nurse knows alot more about their students than their teachers and in many cases their parents…they should be consulted about many things currently scholarships for example… enough said . they offer a lot more than just nursing to our children and teenagers…
