The search for an individual to succeed West Tisbury Fire Chief Manuel Estrella III has boiled down to three finalists, two of whom are West Tisbury firefighters. Fire Capt. Marques Rivers and Deputy Chief Greg Pachico have each made it to the penultimate round of selection. The third candidate is William Choate, a lieutenant on the West Bridgewater Fire Department. Chief Estrella is retiring on June 30.
