The Vineyard Cribbage Club met on Wednesday with 25 members at the American Legion Hall in Edgartown, to play our favorite game. The results are as follows:
First, Jack Silvia, with a 13/6 +62 card (GRAND SLAM!)
Second, George Giosmas, with a 12/6 +68 card (GRAND SLAM!)
Third, Ron Ferreira, with a 12/5 +130 card
Fourth, Bill Russell, with a 10/5 +63 card
Fifth, Collin Evanson, with a 10/5 +48 card
Sixth, Mary Alice Russell, with a 10/4 +57 card
There were a total of 16 skunks (a game won by more than 31 points), and five 24-point hands, by George Giosmas, Mary Alice Russell, Bill Russell, Dick Kelly, and Sharon Barba.
