To the Editor:
The family of Tad Crawford wish to sincerely thank Sandie Core-Dolby and Horizons Geriatrics, Cheryl Kram and the Martha’s Vineyard branch of VNA Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod, and Tad’s part-time caregiver over the past two years, Peter Fernandes, for the loving and considerate care they offered to Tad during the end of his life. You will be forever in our hearts.
