Can a painting be heard? Indeed. Art forms beget art forms — inspiring and strengthening one another. Percussionist and composer Julian Loida uses his synesthesia (a blending of the senses) as inspiration for his creative process. Loida will share his experiences with his synesthesia, and how it influences his creative process, at the West Tisbury Library on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 3:30 pm.
