On Saturday, Jan. 31, at 1 pm, MVY Radio will be at the Black Dog Bakery Café on State Road in Vineyard Haven for its next MVY Radio Blue Lobster Vinyl Swap. The event is free to join –– you just have to bring one gift-wrapped, used vinyl record. The record that you bring should be in decent condition. It doesn’t have to be a great record. It can be kitschy or weird, cheesy-bad or amazingly good. You’ll get a number at the door, and be able to take home one of the gift-wrapped records. Hidden among the albums, MVY Radio will include some new vinyl, with prizes inside including gift certificates. Live music from Brian Sances before the swap.
