To the Editor:

The Friends of the Edgartown Public Library would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who helped make our recent Fashion Show fundraiser at the Carnegie an incredible success. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of Emma Fitzgerald Townsend, the generosity of our community, and the support of so many wonderful local businesses, the evening was not only our most successful fundraiser ever, but also a truly memorable and fun celebration.

We are especially grateful to Emma for her vision, enthusiasm, and countless hours of work bringing this event together. Her creativity and dedication made the evening possible, and she created an exceptional event for all who attended.

We also offer our sincere thanks to the Preservation Trust for generously sharing their beautiful building, our former home, as the venue. The Carnegie provided the perfect atmosphere for a very special evening.

Finally, we are enormously grateful to all of the local businesses and individuals who donated so generously. Your support helped make this event a tremendous success, and demonstrated the remarkable generosity of our community.

Thank you to everyone who attended, contributed, and helped make the evening so much fun. We are incredibly fortunate to have such enthusiastic supporters of the library, and we look forward to continuing our work together in the years ahead.
