Circuit Arts will show “The Debut,” directed by Oscar-nominated actor and screenwriter Jesse Eisenberg (“A Real Pain,” “The Social Network”). The film centers around a shy, unassuming housewife (Julianne Moore) who is cast in a bit part for a small community-theater production. She transforms into a zealous Method actor, and is willing to do anything to protect the artistry of her marginal role, even waging war against the show’s domineering director (Paul Giamatti).
