The Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School (MVRHS) Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is launching an American flag fundraiser in honor of Veterans Day, inviting students, staff, families, and community members to take part in this community-wide tribute.
The PTO has 400 American flags available for purchase, with the goal of displaying all 400 in front of MVRHS for Veterans Day. At just $1 per flag, the fundraiser offers an opportunity for the community to honor and remember the veterans who have served and sacrificed for our country, on Martha’s Vineyard and beyond.
Flags will be available for purchase at the MVRHS football game on Friday, Oct. 16, and daily in the MVRHS front office through Nov. 9.
The PTO hopes the display will serve as a meaningful tribute to veterans and a reminder of the community’s gratitude for their service and sacrifice.
