“I’ve been following Matt Nakoa’s career since meeting him decades ago at Berklee,” said Jared Salvatore, music programmer of Circuit Arts. “He’s a beautifully thoughtful songwriter and virtuosic performer. His ability to play multiple instruments and hold an audience always leaves you thinking to yourself, ‘I can’t believe he can do that, too!”
Thistle

Jemison will be joined by her fellow musicians from New York City on flute and percussion. Guest artist Nina Violet will join them for select songs.
