Mazzeo.

Thank you to the Martha’s Vineyard League of Women Voters for hosting a lovely and informative tea at the M.V. Museum. Thank you, Bow Van Riper, for giving us information from the museum’s collection on the women who were there in the beginning. The collections in the museum and the towns are archives that don’t just preserve things from decay, but make them available for us. I am constantly reminded that we stand on the shoulders of those who came before.
Thank you, Deborah Medders, for presenting the history of the league and the continued nonpartisan focus of the league on the right of every adult citizen in the U.S. to cast a vote, and the right to be informed on the issues on the ballots so you can decide how to cast your vote. Thank you, Ken Armstead and Joan Kass, for helping young people register and supporting civics education.Thank you, Carol Early, for supporting membership.
