Larkin Stallings, owner of the Ritz Cafe in Oak Bluffs, requested permission from town selectmen at their Tuesday meeting to close the popular bar and restaurant from Feb. 26 to March 20. Mr. Stallings plans to enlarge the kitchen and add an indoor smoker, which he says will allow him to expand his menu.
Selectmen granted the request.
