The Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown hosted two nights of dining experiences centered around local pork. Swine and Dine: A Celebration of Heritage Pigs included an all-you-can-eat Local Smoke Out on Friday night featuring pulled pork sandwiches from local smokes, an array of BBQ sauces, Bad Martha Beer, and music by Good Night Louise. The Heritage Pork Grand Gala Dinner on Saturday paired wine with pork dishes, and featured speakers Nathan Gould, Jan Buhrman, and Kari Underly on raising, butchering, and cooking local pigs. The second annual Swine and Dine, the weekend also included workshops for chefs.
