Joyce West Erdman passed away on April 13, 2015. Daughter of Richard and Ann West and a native of Edgartown, Joyce raised her family in Vermont and returned every year to spend time on the Vineyard. She spent her later years in Sacramento, Calif. She is survived by her brother Peter West, her husband of 65 years Charles Erdman, her five children and her six grandchildren.
Joyce is returning home for her final rest. A memorial service led by the Rev. Terry Martinson will be held on July 23rd at the New Robinson Road Cemetery in Edgartown at 2:30 pm, with a celebration of life reception following.
