Description
If you’re interested in organic (non-certified) pastured poultry or heritage pork, Cleveland Farm is a great resource. Chicken and duck eggs, lamb and beef, and seasonal produce too. The Andre family has a stand at the West Tisbury Farmer’s Market for convenience, but you can buy at the farm, by appointment.

History
Cleveland Farm was started in 2007 and is a small, diversified family farm on ten acres on Martha’s Vineyard that uses organic methods (uncertified). The farm has a 250 hen laying flock, a pastured poultry operation, raises heritage breed pigs, as both feeder and breeder stock, a small flock of sheep and cows and a market garden and rotating crop field. The farm is managed by Richard, Ina and Nicolas Andre. Cleveland Farm plans to raise 2,500 Cornish Cross organic fed, pasture-raised chickens and 600 organic fed, pasture-raised ducks from brooder to processing during the 2015 season which runs from March through November. In addition, we will be raising 200 pasture-raised turkeys, along with the GOOD Farm, in a management intensive grazing set-up using mobile housing and moveable electric fencing. The poultry raised is all processed on the farm with a mobile poultry processing unit.
