Tisbury selectmen voted unanimously to approve a request from the Department of Public Works (DPW) director Ray Tattersall that grass, leaves, and garden clippings may be disposed of for free at the local drop-off (LDO), for residents only. The new policy does not include commercial drop-off or brush, and is effective as of Oct. 4.
