Twenty members of the Vineyard Cribbage Club met on Wednesday evening to play six games of our favorite pastime. The results were as follows:
First, Samantha Burns with a 14/6 +145 card (beautiful perfect card)
Second, Bill Russell with a 13/6 +123 card (another beautiful perfect card)
Third, Colin Evanson with a 9/4 +42 card
Fourth, Jack Silvia with a 9/4 +36 card
Fifth, Ron Ferreira with a 8/4 +24 card
There were four 24-point hands, by Suzanne Cioffi, Michelle Alvia, Louis Larsen, and Jack Silvia. There were two flushes in the crib, by Tricia Bergeron and Roy Scheffer and one 23-point hand, by Bill Russell.
If you play cribbage, come and join us at the MVRHS Culinary dining room. We meet every Wednesday. We bring food to share at 5:30 pm, and we start playing at 6 pm SHARP.
