A 40-year-old man was reportedly found dead at the Edgar Hotel Friday, prompting an investigation by the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s office.
D.A. Robert J. Gilibois confirmed to the Times Friday evening that a body was found, but didn’t provide further information. The Edgartown Police Department is reportedly looking into the incident, but details remain sparse.
The Edgar Hotel declined to comment at this time.
