The summer league of M.V. Cribbage met Wednesday evening to play our favorite game. The results are as follows:
First, George Giosmas with a 11/5 +104 card
Second, Ben Stafford with a 11/5 +36 card
Third, Kathy Kinsman with a 10/4 +76 card
Fourth, Suzanne Cioffi with a 10/4 +40 card
There were a total of 14 skunks (a game won by more than 31 points). There were three 24-point hands, by Andria Jason, Suzanne Cioffi, and Ben Stafford, and there were two flush in the cribs, by Doug Werther and Ben Stafford.
If you play cribbage, come and try your luck. We play every Wednesday at the MVRHS Culinary Dining Room, entrance across from the tennis courts. We bring food to share at 5: 30 pm, and we start playing at 6 pm SHARP.
