The Martha’s Vineyard Times is an independently owned, weekly, community newspaper, published by The MV Times News Corp. on the island of Martha’s Vineyard.
Following a brief illness, Joseph Austen Daigle Jr. of Tisbury passed away on Sept. 30, 2025, at the age of 82. His wife, Jean Athearn Daigle, and stepdaughter, Jana Kumar, were by his side.
The family will be holding a private graveside service.
