Back in the day, (the late eighties) when I was the owner of the Road House restaurant in West Tisbury, we used to offer homemade gingerbread with rum glaze. Now that I have someone in the family with celiac disease, I have changed things up. Here is my recipe for Gluten Free Gingerbread with Cara Cara Orange Honey Glaze (click to enlarge):
