Traveled to Bethesda, Md., to celebrate my sister, Jennie Ganz, on her 60th birthday on June 10. Trips remind me how much I appreciate our town, open-air parking, and those who farm and fish and sell to us. I literally got lost in a maze between a supermarket’s parking garage and the store.
This summer I want to greet the complexities and crowds with a good nature and strong boundaries. We don’t have to accept or excuse awful behavior and add to the problems.

Participants can join the virtual call, or come to the library to enjoy the watch on Zoom and have lunch! Free lunch to the first 10 people to register, provided by the Chilmark General Store. Visit the library website to sign up.
