Mansion House fitness director Brenda Wallis will attend the ECA World Fitness Conference in New York City on February 7 to learn about current fitness trends, new exercises, equipment and the latest industry news, according to a press release.
The New York show features a strong dance program, the most innovative training programs and special evening events. Ms. Wallis plans to take several workshops including bodyArt, a trademarked fitness regimen that strengthens and trains various muscle groups simultaneously and spinning classes.
