SMF seeks proposals for use of Nat’s Farm South Pasture

The Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation is seeking proposals for the agricultural use of five acres in the South Pasture of Nat’s Farm in West Tisbury.

Conservation restrictions allow for the cultivation and harvesting of crops or flowers, as well as mowing, livestock grazing, and fencing, according to a press release.  Restrictions include no structures except for those related to animal husbandry or a well.

Nat’s Farm is open to the public for walking, bicycling, and horseback riding. Proposals must be submitted by March 17. For more information, call 508-693-0683.
