The heavy rain on Saturday damaged a storm drain on Beach Road Extension in Vineyard Haven, according to an official from the Tisbury Department of Public Works. The road will be restricted to one lane throughout Monday as White Bros. Lynch and DPW workers replace the storm drain. Parking along the road will be limited.
The road provides access to Black Dog Tavern and several other businesses on the Vineyard Haven waterfront.
