Finn Simpkins, an MVRHS graduate and Colgate University sophomore, is competing this week in slalom and giant slalom at the USCSA Collegiate National Ski Racing Championships in Jackson Hole, Wyo. The Colgate men’s and women’s alpine teams qualified for the national championships in the New York regional races in February for the second year in a row. The last time prior to that the team qualified for the national championships was in 2004.
