Well, well, well the Sunday after Christmas was perhaps not the best day for traveling in the Northeast.
My son was sick all weekend and I missed Berta and Vern's Christmas party on Saturday and Mitzi Pratt's open house on Sunday.
This is terrific in my opinion: I live on a road where if the brush is allowed to run wild you cannot see cars in the oncoming lane unless you pull out really far, so it's lovely to be able to see from a safe distance.
I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving and that all who traveled got to their destinations safely and quickly.

The weather this past weekend was so lovely, I actually had the doors open in my house, it got so warm.
Well, that was exhausting.
I thought this time of year was supposed to be quieter; I went to three birthday parties in the span of a day and a half over the weekend.
I heard that Cranberry Day was wonderful and that this season there are a ton of cranberries.
Even though the season is officially over, there are still plenty of upcoming activities.

Fall is really kicking in now.
