Coldwell Banker Landmarks, the firm Judy Federowicz established on January 1, 1986, celebrates its 25th anniversary this week.
The real estate firm has experienced significant growth and many changes during the past quarter century. Begun as Landmarks Real Estate, at 132 Main Street in Vineyard Haven, the office moved to its current location at 15 Church Street, Vineyard Haven, in 2004.
The agency joined the Coldwell Banker network on January 1, 2005, as an independently owned and operated franchise and has grown to become a family-run enterprise, according to a press release.
Ms. Federowicz’s oldest son, Sean Federowicz, joined the business in 2005. Her husband, David Federowicz, recently retired from a career in hospital healthcare administration to join the family run agency.
