The Martha’s Vineyard Figure Skating Club (MVFSC) celebrated its 25th anniversary with two performances of “A Skate Down Memory Lane,” at the Martha’s Vineyard Arena on Saturday and Sunday.

Featured performers included MVFSC alumni, Snowplow Sam, Tots, Learn to Skate, Bridge, the Freestyle Skaters, and guest skater and senior men’s national competitor, Alexander Aiken.

The performance showcased skaters interpreting more than 20 musical pieces selected from the club’s past 25 years. These included songs from “Dirty Dancing,” “The Wizard of Oz,” “Peter Pan,” “Singin’ In the Rain,” and “West Side Story,” along with “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy,” “Walk Like an Egyptian,” “Proud Mary,” “Let the Good Times Roll,” and a Michael Jackson medley.
