As you browse the meat section at Cronig’s, or the menu at the Scottish Bakehouse, you are apt to run across Pilot Hill’s grass-fed beef. If you peruse the egg entries at the Agricultural Fair, you will most likely see their multi-colored eggs from their varied-breed hens, often winning a blue ribbon. And if you go to the West Tisbury Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, you will see them there too selling pasture raised meat, flowers and tomatoes.

They grow flowers and vegetables, have a large flock of egg layers, raise beef cattle, and sometimes pork and lamb. You can find their products at the West Tisbury Farmers Market.
