Lola’s will end its short summer stint with a Labor Day end of season blow-out pajama party buffet on Monday night. The party begins at 9 pm and features a DJ and $20 buffet.
Lola’s owners Kathy and Paul Domitrovich returned in July to operate the business following the unexpected termination of a lease the couple granted to chefs Douglas and Leslie Hewson, who operated the Mediterranean restaurant there.
The couple said that because they had already made plans for mid-September, Lola’s will only be open until Labor Day.
“They plan to use the off-season to re-group, re-plan, and fine tune that magic formula that makes Lola’s the institution that was so longed for in its brief absence,” a publicist said in a press release.
