Speed sailor Rob Douglas sets course record in France

Rob Douglas of Vineyard Haven set a new course record of 46.53 knots on Sunday on the 500-meter run at the Mondial Du Vent speed sailing competition in Leucate, France. Mr. Douglas, the top U.S. athlete in the sport, currently is in second place in the event, which is the largest of its kind in France.
