The Martha’s Vineyard Mediation Program will sponsor a workshop on managing conflict in the workplace, designed to provide participants with improved skills to work and communicate with employees, colleagues, and customers.
The topics will cover challenges in the workplace, with an overview of the principles of conflict, problem-solving techniques, and solutions in the real world, according to a press release. Cape Mediation, which has more than 10 years of experience teaching this curriculum, will provide the training.
The one-day event is scheduled for Friday, March 13, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, at the Vineyard Transportation Authority conference room. The VTA office is located in the Martha’s Vineyard Airport business park, and shares the building with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
