The Edgartown Bridge Club did not hold a game on Monday, May 30, due to the holiday.
At the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club on Tuesday, May 31, 12 pairs competed in a special game. Overall winners were Bea Phear and Cecily Greenaway in first, followed by Barbara Besse and Sandy Lindheimer in second, Ken Judson and John O’Keefe in third, Michel Riel and Dave Donald in fourth, and Ency and Robert Fokos in fifth.
At the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury on Thursday, June 2, 12 pairs competed. First place went to Gail Farrish and Warren Morse, followed by Deirdre Ling and Ed Russell in second, Sari Lipkin and Carol Whitmarsh in third, and Rhonda Cohen and Eric Stricoff in fourth.
