Is it me, or is the Massachusetts income tax form really confusing? I feel so accomplished when I finish the 1040. And then I begin to wonder if I am really that obtuse, or if Massachusetts intentionally goes out of its way to confuse me. Oh, yes. I forgot: Happy April Fool’s Day.
