The ferries won’t be the only thing running on the last weekend of October.
The Cape Cod Marathon will take place in Falmouth, with a half-marathon on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 7:30 am and a full marathon with a five-person relay on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 8:30 am. A Kids Fun Run will also be held on Sunday.
A runners’ expo will kick off the weekend on Friday, Oct. 25, from 3 pm to 7 pm at the Gus Canty Recreation Center, with speakers and events. The expo is also held the following day, from 9 am to 3 pm.
The race starts at the Falmouth Village Green. The race will finish near Estia Restaurant. Registration is open online at bit.ly/ccmoct2019.
