Why not a simple test?
To the Editor:
Concerning the proposed rotary at the Blinker, why not make a quick and easy test?
When the Beach Road bridge construction is finished, just borrow the temporary signal lights they have working there. Put them up at the Blinker for the month of July and see what happens. I would bet that the traffic problems are fixed for 1/10,000th of the cost of a rotary.
And with signal lights, as opposed to a rotary, when the tourist season comes to an end, the lights can go back to being simple blinkers.
