To the Editor:

We would like to take a moment to send a special thank you to the amazing staff of the Martha's Vineyard Hospital after the birth of our first child, Levi Walker Binney, this past Thursday.

From the prenatal care and classes to our post-delivery stay in the beautiful facility, we have felt so blessed to live in a community with such a caring group of health care professionals. There are so many people to thank, but we would especially like to mention our midwives Cathy and Nancy, our amazing doula Gina, Jill, Dr. Goldfein, Dr. Pesch, and the nurses who stayed with us through the days and nights that seemed to melt into a single moment, Joyce, Melissa, Sandy, Bozena, and Mary. It has been an unforgettable experience, and as we sit here at home, happy and healthy, we can only be grateful.
