Flagging bad practice
To the Editor:
I have a question. I've never felt "overly" patriotic, but it grinds my bones lately when I'm sitting in Owen Park and they are taking our nation's flag down before 3:30 pm. I'm guessing they must have lots to take down before leaving at 4 or 5 pm, but I'd like to see them come down toward dusk.
