In the early RCBL game Monday at the Boys and Girls Club, the unbeaten Bulls extended their half-time lead of 56–48 over the Lakers to finish the contest up by 20, 92-72.

Heath Estrella’s 19 points were high for the Lakers. Others in double figures were Caleb Nicholson, 13, and Jason O’Donnell, 11. New to the Lakers lineup, which bodes well for the future, is Karl Kallinich, one of the league’s big men capable of ruling the boards.

Most Bullish was Asil Cash who scored 30 points. Both Damon Mello and Brant Silvia had 14. Tim Penicaud turned red hot in the fourth period, scoring a dozen points in a brief spate including a pair of treys.

In the second game of the evening the Heat broke into the win column besting the Suns, 96-79. Carl Agnew had the game high of 27 points and pulled about as many rebounds off the boards. Tim Scott contributed 19 including three from long distance in the final quarter. Jason Dyer also had 19.

The Suns had four players in twin columns: Sterling Bishop (17), James Holenko (14) Mike. Baptiste (12) and Adam Rebello (12)
